We'll always reach out before anything is affected if a hosting payment lapses — you won't be caught off guard by a site suddenly going offline with no warning.

If It Remains Unresolved

If payment issues aren't resolved, hosting may eventually be suspended, in line with our terms. We'd genuinely rather work with you to sort out a payment issue than let it get to that point, so do reach out as soon as you're aware of any difficulty.
