From a small Somerset start-up to an award-winning agency at the heart of Scream Max Studios, our story has always been about one thing: helping businesses stand out online with websites that genuinely work.
Today we’re a dedicated UK team with deep platform expertise, 22 industry awards and projects launched in as little as two weeks — and we still treat every client like our first.

Scream Digital launches
Founded with a handful of local clients and a lot of ambition, building websites for cafés, trades and community groups.

First award
Named Best Web Design Agency 2020 by SME News — the first of 22 awards and counting.
First online shops
Our first e-commerce projects arrive, alongside a growing reputation for finishing what we promise, on time.
Going green
We move to green-powered hosting and begin our ongoing tree-planting programme.

Scream Max Studios Ltd
The agency grows into Scream Max Studios Ltd, expanding into e-commerce, branding and media, with Scream Digital as its digital heart.
New locations
Bases in Exeter, Plymouth, Bath, Truro and Tenterden establish us across the South West and South East.

A small, tight-knit operation grows into a team with specialists across design, development and client management.
