This Code of Conduct and Terms of Use sets out how we expect people to behave when using this website, and the rules that govern your use of it. It applies to everyone who visits screamdigital.co.uk, submits a form, uses our tools, or gets in touch with us — please take a moment to read through it.

1. Acceptable Use of This Website

You’re welcome to browse this website, use our tools (including the quote calculator, website audit and chat widget), and get in touch with us, provided you do so lawfully and don’t interfere with anyone else’s ability to use the site properly.

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else
• Provide accurate information when submitting any form, including your name, email address and project details
• Don’t attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, our systems, or any account that isn’t yours
• Don’t use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or similar) to extract content or data from this website without our permission

2. Code of Conduct

We treat everyone who contacts us with respect, and we expect the same in return — whether that’s through our contact form, the live chat widget, email, phone, or in person.

• Communicate respectfully with our team at all times — abusive, threatening or discriminatory language will not be tolerated
• Don’t submit spam, unsolicited advertising, or repeated identical enquiries through our forms or chat widget
• Don’t impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one, when contacting us
• Don’t use our contact forms, quote calculator, audit tool or chat widget for any purpose other than their intended use

We reserve the right to end any conversation, decline any enquiry, or refuse service to anyone who doesn’t engage with us respectfully or in good faith.

3. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the general conduct expectations above, you must not use this website to:

• Transmit or upload any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of any third party

• Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of this website or any associated system or network
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, servers or networks connected to it
• Use this website to send unsolicited commercial communications (“spam”)

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit information through this website — a quote request, an audit request, a newsletter sign-up, or a message via chat or contact form — you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

We handle any personal information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please don’t submit any information through this website that you don’t have the right to share, or that belongs to someone else, without their consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, text, graphics, logos and other content on this website belong to Scream Digital or our licensors, unless otherwise stated, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. 6. Third-Party Links and Tools

This website may contain links to third-party websites, and may use third-party tools and services (such as booking, payment or analytics providers) to deliver certain features. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or service, and including a link doesn’t imply our endorsement of it.

Any third-party website you visit via a link from this site, or any third-party service you interact with through it, is subject to that third party’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We work hard to keep this website accurate, up to date and running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or completely secure. Content on this website is provided for general information purposes and shouldn’t be relied upon as professional advice specific to your circumstances without speaking to us directly.

Our website audit tool provides an automated, indicative assessment only, and doesn’t constitute a comprehensive technical review — see our Help Centre for more on what it does and doesn’t cover.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scream Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — including but not limited to loss of data, business or profits.

Nothing in this document excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Enforcement

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to this website, decline to respond to enquiries, or take any other action we consider appropriate, for anyone who breaches this Code of Conduct and Terms of Use.

10. Changes to This Document

We may update this Code of Conduct and Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our website, our tools, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Code of Conduct and Terms of Use is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
