We copy everything to a private test site, check it thoroughly and prepare a redirect for any address that will change, so links and search results keep working. When you’re ready, we switch your domain over at a quiet time and monitor the new site closely for the first few weeks, watching Search Console for errors and fixing anything straight away. Email and DNS changes are planned in advance so there’s no interruption. If you’d like a fresh design at the same time, we can rebuild the site as part of the move.
