How often are backups taken?

Regular Backups as Standard

Regular backups are performed as part of our hosting service, giving you a recent restore point if something ever goes wrong — a bad plugin update, accidental content deletion, or anything else.

You Should Still Keep Your Own Backups

While we handle backups as part of hosting, we'd always recommend maintaining independent backups of your own too, particularly for anything business-critical — belt and braces is always the safer approach with something as important as your website.
