Our uptime monitoring alerts us instantly, and depending on your plan we respond within minutes to hours to get things back online.
If You're on a Maintenance Plan
We monitor uptime and get alerted automatically, so in most cases we're already aware and investigating before you'd even notice. Genuine emergencies are treated as a priority, not queued behind routine work.
If You're Not on a Maintenance Plan
Without active monitoring in place, we'd recommend keeping an eye on your site yourself, or using a free third-party uptime checker that emails you if it goes offline. If something does go down, contact us and we'll help diagnose and fix it, though response times without a plan in place are naturally not as fast as with proactive monitoring already running.
