What happens after my site goes live?
Every project includes 30 days of free support after launch. After that, our maintenance plans from £49/mo keep things updated, backed up and monitored — entirely optional, no pressure.
Immediate Post-Launch
We monitor your site closely in the first few days after launch, checking everything's working as expected under real traffic. You'll also get training on managing your own content if you haven't already had it during the build.
The Weeks That Follow
You're covered by your included free support period — the length depends on your plan — during which we'll fix any genuine issues and answer questions as you get used to running the site day to day.
Longer Term
Once your included support period ends, ongoing maintenance plans or ad-hoc support are both available, so your site keeps getting looked after rather than being left to quietly go out of date.
