We'll Send Reminders Beforehand
We're not liable for the loss, expiry, or unavailability of a domain if renewal fees aren't paid promptly, but in practice we send renewal reminders well ahead of the expiry date specifically to avoid this happening.
If It Does Lapse
A genuinely expired, unrenewed domain can become available for anyone else to register — which is why keeping renewal payments current matters. If you're ever worried a renewal might have been missed, just get in touch and we'll check the status straight away.
