What Happens First
Before starting, we'll usually review the existing site to understand its current state — how it was built, whether it's been kept updated, and whether anything needs addressing before regular maintenance can begin properly.
If It's Been Neglected for a While
If a site hasn't been maintained for an extended period, a remediation fee may apply before standard maintenance resumes — this covers bringing it up to a properly maintainable state first, rather than layering ongoing care on top of unresolved existing issues.
