Design & Development
What if I don't like the design?
You get unlimited revisions at the design stage — we don't move to development until you're genuinely happy. Most projects take two to three rounds of feedback.
This Is What Revision Rounds Are For
If the first design concept isn't landing the way you'd hoped, that's exactly what the included revision rounds exist to fix. Tell us specifically what's not working — colours, layout, tone, imagery — and we'll refine it based on that feedback.
If It Still Isn't Right After Revisions
In the rare case that revisions aren't converging on something you're happy with, we'll have an honest conversation about what's not working and whether a different creative direction is needed. This is uncommon, but we'd always rather have that conversation directly than keep iterating on something that fundamentally isn't right for you.
Reducing the Chance of This Happening
Sharing examples of styles you like — and specifically ones you don't — before the first concept is created goes a long way towards getting the direction right from the start, rather than needing multiple rounds to arrive there.
Still not quite what you needed?
