Getting Started
Do I need to know exactly what I want before I get in touch?
Not at all — most clients start with a rough idea and we help shape it into a proper brief during the discovery call. Coming with questions is completely normal.
Most People Start With a Rough Idea, Not a Finished Plan
It's genuinely rare for someone to arrive with a fully worked-out brief, and that's completely normal — most clients start with something closer to "I need a website that does X" or "our current site doesn't reflect the business anymore," and the specifics get shaped from there.
What the Discovery Call Actually Does
Part of the discovery call's job is turning a rough idea into a proper, scoped brief. We'll ask questions you might not have thought to ask yourself — about your customers, your competitors, what's worked and hasn't on your current site if you have one — and use those answers to shape a clear proposal.
Coming With Questions Is Completely Normal
If anything, arriving with questions is more useful than arriving with firm answers to everything — it means the conversation actually helps you, rather than just confirming decisions you'd already made.
Still not quite what you needed?
